  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the sausages into thin slices and finely dice the bacon. Fry both in hot oil until crispy brown. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  2. Remove the sausages and bacon from the pan, drain well and set aside. Fry the peppers and onions in the remaining fat for about 5 minutes, then add the garlic to the pan after about 2 minutes. Drain the grilled peppers and cut into small pieces. Stir in together with the paprika pulp, dust everything with curry powder, roast for about 1 minute while stirring.
  3. Deglaze with the hot vegetable stock and the peeled tomatoes, bring to the boil briefly. Stir in honey, ajvar and harissa paste. Salt and pepper a little, add the rest of the spices. Let everything boil down for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Mix the sour cream, Cremefine and lemon juice until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Mix the different types of cheese together for gratinating.
  5. Just before the sauce is ready, add the crumbled feta and stir until the cheese has melted. Finally, add the herbs to the sauce and season everything again with the spices.
  6. First put some sauce in the baking dish and distribute it evenly. Cover with the lasagne sheets, then put the sauce and lasagne sheets back into the pan. Finish with the sauce. Spread the sour cream on the sauce and smooth it out. Scatter the cheese over it and bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  7. It was really surprisingly delicious, also an absolutely family-friendly dish. Have fun trying it out and enjoy your meal.
