Cream Cheese Croissants

- Dough
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Soft butter
- 350 g Flour
- Sugar mixture
- 50 g White sugar
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 50 g According to hazelnuts
- Knead the dough ingredients and chill for about 2. hours.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Put some of the sugar mixture on the worktop and roll out 1 part of the dough on top and around 30 cm round.
- Divide into 12 (cake) pieces and roll up from the broad side.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees
