Cream Cheese Croissants

The perfect cream cheese croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Dough
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 350 g Flour
  • Sugar mixture
  • 50 g White sugar
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g According to hazelnuts
  1. Knead the dough ingredients and chill for about 2. hours.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  3. Put some of the sugar mixture on the worktop and roll out 1 part of the dough on top and around 30 cm round.
  4. Divide into 12 (cake) pieces and roll up from the broad side.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees
