Spaghettinis with Wild Mushroom Sauce

Forest mushroom sauce:

  • 500 g Forest mushrooms, brushed, cleaned and cut (porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, red-footed
  • 2 Onions (approx. 200 g)
  • 100 g Cubes of cadet ham, mildly smoked
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Cooking cream
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth instant

Spaghettinis:

  • 300 g Spaghettinis (here: From Barilla)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Carefully clean / brush and cut the forest mushrooms. Peel and dice the onions. In a pan, fry the cad ham cubes with the butter (1 teaspoon) / stir-fry, add the mushrooms and fry, deglaze / pour in the cooking cream and season with salt (½ teaspoon), pepper (½ teaspoon), chilli flakes (½ teaspoon ) and chicken broth (1 teaspoon). Let everything simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Stir again and again. Cook the pasta (spaghettinis) in salted water (1 teaspoon) according to the instructions on the package, drain and toss in butter (1 teaspoon) in a hot saucepan. Serve the spaghettinis with a forest mushroom sauce.
