Side Dishes: Bread Dumplings from Tube

The perfect side dishes: bread dumplings from tube recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Pretzel old
  • 1 piece Bread from the day before
  • 1 piece Multigrain rolls from Vorag
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 size Chopped onions
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 piece Eggs v. Chicken yard
  • 0,5 ostrich Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 ostrich Oil
  1. Cut all the rolls into cubes and place in a bowl. Warm the milk and pour over the bread cubes, let everything steep for a good 1/2 hour.
  2. In the meantime, peel and cut the onions. Put the oil in a pan and toss the onions in it, then add them to the bread cubes. So, now add the 2 eggs, salt & pepper and the chopped parsley, then stir everything into a smooth mass.
  3. Put the mass in oiled silicone molds (I made it with a brush) and cook for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
