Side Dishes: Bread Dumplings from Tube
The perfect side dishes: bread dumplings from tube recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Pretzel old
- 1 piece Bread from the day before
- 1 piece Multigrain rolls from Vorag
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 size Chopped onions
- Salt pepper
- 2 piece Eggs v. Chicken yard
- 0,5 ostrich Chopped parsley
- 0,5 ostrich Oil
- Cut all the rolls into cubes and place in a bowl. Warm the milk and pour over the bread cubes, let everything steep for a good 1/2 hour.
- In the meantime, peel and cut the onions. Put the oil in a pan and toss the onions in it, then add them to the bread cubes. So, now add the 2 eggs, salt & pepper and the chopped parsley, then stir everything into a smooth mass.
- Put the mass in oiled silicone molds (I made it with a brush) and cook for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
