Spicy Pasta Bake

The perfect spicy pasta bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Bacon streaked diced
  • 2 st Red peppers
  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 piece Cauliflower fresh
  • 5 piece Fresh tomatoes
  • Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 tube Paprika paste
  • 2 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet Grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  1. Boil the pasta in a saucepan with hot water and salt, not too soft, more than firm to the bite.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes, place on a cloth to drain the fat.
  3. In the same pan, brown the minced meat well.
  4. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions. Wash and chop the peppers. Wash and chop the tomatoes.
  5. Then put the bacon and vegetables in the minced meat pan. Let simmer a little. Pour on with a little water.
  6. In the meantime, cut the cauliflower into florets and cook a little in salted water (not too soft).
  7. Butter a casserole dish well. And preheat the oven to 180C fan oven.
  8. Then pour the cream on the minced meat pan, add the paprika paste, let simmer a little more.
  9. Spread the cooked pasta in the baking dish.
  10. When the cauliflower has finished cooking, rinse in cold water.
  11. Now remove the minced meat pan from the heat and stir in the creme fraiche. Season well with basil, paprika powder and sambaole, salt and pepper.
  12. Add the whole thing to the pasta and mix together.
  13. Finally, put the cooked cauliflower florets on the casserole.
  14. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
