Lingonberry Camembert >>
The perfect lingonberry camembert >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 round Camembert
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- 50 g Small, firm mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Tabasco
- 2 tbsp Wild cranberries
- Delicate, light, lettuce hearts
- Cut the camembert in half crosswise and carefully scoop out with a spoon. Dice the released and mix with the crème fraîche, the diced mushrooms, chives rolls (leave some for decoration) and the spices. Mix in the cranberries and pour everything into the camembert halves.
- Decorate with chives rolls and lettuce leaves. Toast and a cold beer are enough.
