White chocolate – poppy seeds – pudding …

  • 400 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 70 g Milka white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Orange liqueur
  • 100 Milliliters Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Food starch
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Ground poppy seeds

  • 200 g Frozen sour cherries
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Black Forest Kirsch
  • 2 tablespoon Food starch

Serving

  • Lemon balm fresh

White chocolate – poppy seeds – pudding …

  1. Heat the milk with vanilla sugar. Take off the stove. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in the milk. Stir in the orange liqueur.
  2. Bring the chocolate milk to a boil. Stir the cornstarch in the other milk until smooth. Stir in the poppy seeds. Stir into the boiling chocolate milk. Bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Rinse pudding molds (or bowls) with cold water. Pour the pudding into the molds and refrigerate to set (about an hour).

  1. Bring the cherries to the boil with the sugar and schnapps. Simmer gently for five minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth and stir into the cherries. Bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove. Let cool down.
