Caramel Pudding with Fresh Raspberries, Grated Block Chocolate + or Violets!

The perfect caramel pudding with fresh raspberries, grated block chocolate + or violets! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Melting:

  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 packet Fresh raspberries
  • 8 Pc. Violet flowers

Rasped:

  • 1 Pc. Block chocolate
  1. Mix the pudding powder with a little milk. Put aside.

Making caramel:

  1. Put the sugar in a saucepan, melt into caramel.
  2. Pour in the remaining milk, stirring constantly until the caramel dissolves and the milk boils. Pull from the hot plate.
  3. Stir in the mixed powder. Bring to the boil again and divide into 4 small glass bowls. Let cool down.
  4. Garnish with raspberries, block chocolate or violets.
