Ingredients

  • 100 g Honey
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted peanuts
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding to stir
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Vannile ICE CREAM
  • Ice cream cone hearts
  • Strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Bring honey to a boil in a pan over medium heat, add the peanuts and caramelize over low heat. When the nuts turn lightly brown, spread them thinly on baking paper and let them cool. Chop coarsely. Mix 6 tablespoons of milk with sugar and custard powder until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Remove from the stove, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again. Let it cool off and stir again and again so that there is no skin on the surface. Stir the cold pudding vigorously again. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and layer alternately with the pudding and caramelized peanuts in glasses. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberry slices and decorate with a strawberry and the ice cream cone. A very sweet dessert, but not too heavy! Have fun copying 🙂
