Wheat – Paprika Pan

The perfect wheat – paprika pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Wheat peeled or ebly
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • Red / green and yellow peppers
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, Worchester sauce, thyme
  1. Cook the wheat in plenty of salted water and then let it soak out a little.
  1. Chop the spring onions and peppers into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepper pieces for a good 5 – 10 minutes.
  1. Drain the wheat well and then add it to the bell pepper together with the spring onion and fry briefly.
  1. Mix the broth with the cream cheese, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, possibly Worchester sauce and thyme and pour over the wheat and vegetable mixture.
