Lentil Soup with Ajvar

  • 2 l Boiling water
  • 250 g Lentils red
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Vegeta spice
  • 3 tbsp Ajvar
  1. 1) Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  2. 2) Fry the lentils, onion and garlic until the lentils turn yellow.
  3. 3 Stir in ajvar.
  4. 4) fill up with the boiling water and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
