Hearty Scrambled Eggs …

The perfect hearty scrambled eggs … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Farmers bread
  • Butter for brushing
  • Fresh parsley leaves
  • 20 g Branded butter for frying
  • 125 g Blocks of bacon grown through
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 small Onion
  • 5 Free range eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Mineral water
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 Pinches Seasoned pepper
  • 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
  • 20 g Branded butter
  1. Preliminary work: Brush the bread with butter, lightly salt and sprinkle with parsley leaves and place on a plate. Roughly dice the large onion – dice the small onion very finely.
  2. Put the fine onion cubes in a vessel, beat the eggs over them, add the mineral water and the spices and stick the mixture thoroughly with a fork.
  3. Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the bacon blocks in it until they start to brown around the edges, now add the roughly diced onions to the bacon and sauté briefly while turning. Pour in the egg mixture and let it set over medium heat.
  4. Use a wooden spoon to keep pushing the crushed egg from the edge to the center – it shouldn’t get too dry, but stay nice and juicy.
  5. Take the pan off the heat and put a piece of good butter under the egg again, let it melt and then mix it again; then serve with the buttered bread.
  6. Bon appetit!
