Fillet Skewers in Pepper Sauce
The perfect fillet skewers in pepper sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pork fillet heads
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Herbal oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Green peppercorns pickled
- 1 pinch Saffron threads
- Cut the fillet into cubes, peel and dice the onion, season the oil with salt and pepper, add the saffron and mix well and soak the fillet and onions in the marinade for 1 night.
- Thread the meat cubes and the onion on the kebab skewers. Briefly fry the skewers, then place the remaining onions in a dripping pan or flat baking dish, then add enough water to the pan so that the onions are lightly covered and the roasted substances from the bottom of the pan dissolve, now add 1 tablespoon of green peppercorns and bring to the boil briefly and then pour over the fillet skewers, Now cook the fillet skewers in the oven at 100 degrees for 30 minutes.
