Fish: Carp Fillet from Grass Carp

- 1 Freshly caught grass carp, about 2 kg
- Oil for frying
- Salt and a little fish seasoning
- Descale the carp, cut it lengthways and cut out the bones, then remove the small bones as much as possible. Wash and cut into portions. I only seasoned the fish with ready-made fish seasoning and a little salt. Let the fat get hot in a pan and fry until crispy. About 3 minutes per side. It depends on how thick the fish is. We had potato salad as a side dish.
