Simple Leek Noodle Made from Leftovers

- 1 piece Leek
- 250 g Cooked pasta
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- Ground ginger
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 100 g Kat ham finely diced
- 1 piece Fresh garlic
- Wash and cut the leek. To cut onions.
- Put the pancakes in a hot pan with a little oil. Add the leek and the onion.
- Let everything become glassy.
- Then add the cooked noodles and let them fry properly. I still had cooked noodles from the day before. Just add a little oil to the noodles and mix. Then they don’t stick together. The next day just fry them.
- Season everything vigorously, season well, and let it go well.
