Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 200 g Mixed minced meat already seasoned
  • 50 g Diced bacon
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Fat for frying
  • 1 Fresh leek
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Pepper and nutmeg
  • 150 g Rigatoni
  • Salt
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Sauté in hot fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Fry the ham cubes briefly. Finally stir in the ketchup and oregano. Put aside.
  • Clean the leek, cut in half lengthways and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm long. Wash thoroughly. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the leek and sauté briefly. Dust the flour over it and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and milk. Bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer for 3 minutes on a low flame. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  • In the meantime, cook the noodles in salted boiling water until they are firm to the bite. Drain and drain. Add the pasta to the leek and mix.
  • Grease a baking dish. Add the leek noodles. Spread the mince over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
