Kohlrabi and Carrot Vegetables
The perfect kohlrabi and carrot vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Kohlrabi
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 20 g Herb butter
- 1 shot White wine dry
- Dice the kohlrabi and cut the carrots into slices. Braise the vegetables in the olive oil.
- Deglaze with white wine. Add the herb butter. When the butter has melted, stir in the paprika and add the cream.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook on a low heat until cooked.
