Kohlrabi and Carrot Vegetables

The perfect kohlrabi and carrot vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Kohlrabi
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 20 g Herb butter
  • 1 shot White wine dry
  1. Dice the kohlrabi and cut the carrots into slices. Braise the vegetables in the olive oil.
  2. Deglaze with white wine. Add the herb butter. When the butter has melted, stir in the paprika and add the cream.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook on a low heat until cooked.
