Ingredients
 

  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 20 g Herb butter
  • 1 shot White wine dry

Instructions
 

  • Dice the kohlrabi and cut the carrots into slices. Braise the vegetables in the olive oil.
  • Deglaze with white wine. Add the herb butter. When the butter has melted, stir in the paprika and add the cream.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook on a low heat until cooked.
