Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pork steaks
  • 8 slice Smoked ham
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 4 slice Gouda cheese
  • 2 Tomato
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Season the steaks with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sear both sides in a pan and then place in an ovenproof dish.
  • Spread the ham and tomato slices on the steaks. Cut the Gorgonzola into strips and distribute them evenly. A slice of Gouda cheese on top and baked in the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes.
