Baked Pork Steaks

The perfect baked pork steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Pork steaks
  • 8 disc Smoked ham
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 4 disc Gouda cheese
  • 2 pcs. Tomato
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sear both sides in a pan and then place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Spread the ham and tomato slices on the steaks. Cut the Gorgonzola into strips and distribute them evenly. A slice of Gouda cheese on top and baked in the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 – 30 minutes.
