Ingredients
- 4 Pork steaks
- 8 slice Smoked ham
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 4 slice Gouda cheese
- 2 Tomato
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sear both sides in a pan and then place in an ovenproof dish.
- Spread the ham and tomato slices on the steaks. Cut the Gorgonzola into strips and distribute them evenly. A slice of Gouda cheese on top and baked in the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes.
