Burrata with Plum and Tomato Salsa
The perfect burrata with plum and tomato salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 small Burratas
- 4 yellow Plums
- 3 middle Tomatoes
- 1 yellow Chilli pepper
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Lime
- 3 Stems Leaf parsley
- 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Cut the plums in half, stone them and then cut them into very small cubes and place them in a bowl. Quarter, drain and core the tomatoes and then also cut into fine cubes and add to the plum cubes.
- Core the chilli pepper and remove the white skins and then dice very finely and add to the bowl. Cut the shallot into very fine cubes and also add.
- Now season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar and season with olive oil and lime juice. Mix everything well. Chop the parsley very finely and then fold in. Let something go through.
- Place the burrata on a plate, tear it apart in the middle and serve with the salsa.
