Burrata with Plum and Tomato Salsa

The perfect burrata with plum and tomato salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 small Burratas
  • 4 yellow Plums
  • 3 middle Tomatoes
  • 1 yellow Chilli pepper
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 Stems Leaf parsley
  • 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the plums in half, stone them and then cut them into very small cubes and place them in a bowl. Quarter, drain and core the tomatoes and then also cut into fine cubes and add to the plum cubes.
  2. Core the chilli pepper and remove the white skins and then dice very finely and add to the bowl. Cut the shallot into very fine cubes and also add.
  3. Now season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar and season with olive oil and lime juice. Mix everything well. Chop the parsley very finely and then fold in. Let something go through.
  4. Place the burrata on a plate, tear it apart in the middle and serve with the salsa.
