Tomato Salsa – Mixed

The perfect tomato salsa – mixed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Green tomatoes, the ripe red ones are fine too
  • 150 g Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 Red onions
  • 1 White onion
  • 2 Chinese garlic
  • 2 Toes Garlic, of course there is only one kind of garlic,
  • I didn’t have it any other way
  • 150 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tl Salt
  • 4 El Sugar
  • 1 Tl Mint in oil
  • 1 El Wild garlic pesto
  • 2 Chili peppers finely chopped
  1. Wash the vegetables and chop them roughly
  2. Peel the onions and garlic and cut them into small pieces and bring to a boil with the vinegar, add the other vegetables and all the other ingredients. Let cook for about 20 minutes, season to taste. Depending on your taste, acid or sugar can also be added.
  3. Finally, puree everything and place in the previously rinsed glasses.
  4. Goes very well with: grilled meat, lamb, poultry, potatoes, fish or just with fresh bread.
