  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Discs Cooked ham
  • 2 Discs Gruyere
  • 1 Egg whisked
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the chicken breasts crosswise and pound them flat. Season a slice of boiled ham and a slice in the middle, fold up and bread, first in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
