- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Discs Cooked ham
- 2 Discs Gruyere
- 1 Egg whisked
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the chicken breasts crosswise and pound them flat. Season a slice of boiled ham and a slice in the middle, fold up and bread, first in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Bake the butter lard in the pan and the chicken until golden brown, then briefly put in the oven and cook through.
