Asparagus Packets of Cordon Bleu

- 6 Poles Asparagus white fresh
- Salt and sugar
- 3 Discs Delicacy butcher ham from REWE
- 3 Discs Leerdamer
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Pepper and salt
- Fat for frying
- Cut the ends off the asparagus and peel. Bring the water with a little salt and sugar to the boil. Cook the asparagus for five minutes. Remove and drain.
- Place a slice of cheese on each slice of ham. Put two stalks of asparagus in the middle and roll the whole thing up.
- Whisk the egg. Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. First pull the rolls through the egg and then turn them in breadcrumbs. Repeat the whole thing. Fry until golden brown in hot fat.
