Chicken on Herb Bed

The perfect chicken on herb bed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Chicken
  • Seasonal herbs
  • Salt, pepper and chilli from the mill, garlic powder
  • Chicken soup, garlic, some white wine
  • Rama liquid
  1. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Divide in half. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and garlic powder.
  1. Divide the herbs in half. See picture, peel the garlic.
  1. Put some liquid Rama in a frying pan, put the herb tufts on top, place the chicken halves on top of the herbs. Drizzle a little more liquid Rama on the chicken halves and fry them in the oven at 180 degrees.
  1. Chicken soup (about 1/4 liter) can also be more warm with the white wine.
  1. When the chicken is slightly colored, add the prepared soup. The chicken should be ready in an hour. Halve the halves again, pour the juice over them (without herbs) and serve. (1 serving) We had basmati rice with it.
