Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken leg
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • 500 g Strained tomatoes
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 8 small Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic - cut small cubes and fry in a little oil.
  • Add the tomatoes, bay leaf and grated ginger, season with salt and pepper and season with 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and finally add the quartered tomatoes - let everything simmer briefly.
  • In the meantime, wash the chicken legs ... pat dry and season -
  • Mix the tomato ketchup, honey, lemon zest and paprika powder and brush the chicken legs with it
  • Put the tomato sauce in a baking dish - put the chicken legs on it and put it in the 180c. hot oven for about 40 minutes.
  • If you want, you can add some grated cheese - Bon appetit
