Chicken Legs in Tomato Bed
The perfect chicken legs in tomato bed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken leg
- 1 Onion
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Oil
- 500 g Tomatoes happened
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Dried thyme
- 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
- Sweet paprika powder
- 8 small Tomatoes
- Peel the onion and garlic – cut small cubes and fry in a little oil.
- Add the tomatoes, bay leaf and grated ginger, season with salt and pepper and season with 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and finally add the quartered tomatoes – let everything simmer briefly.
- In the meantime, wash the chicken legs … pat dry and season –
- Mix the tomato ketchup, honey, lemon zest and paprika powder and brush the chicken legs with it
- Put the tomato sauce in a baking dish – put the chicken legs on it and put it in the 180c. hot oven for about 40 minutes.
