Chicken Legs in Tomato Bed

The perfect chicken legs in tomato bed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken leg
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • 500 g Tomatoes happened
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 8 small Tomatoes
  1. Peel the onion and garlic – cut small cubes and fry in a little oil.
  2. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf and grated ginger, season with salt and pepper and season with 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and finally add the quartered tomatoes – let everything simmer briefly.
