Finger Food: Bruscetta with Balsamic Onions

The perfect finger food: bruscetta with balsamic onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Fresh onion
  • 50 ml Dry red wine
  • 50 ml Balsamic vinegar red
  • 50 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic
  • 1 Baguette
  • Goat cream cheese
  1. Cut the onions into slices and fry them in olive oil, add the sugar and let them caramelize. Add the wine, balsamic vinegar and broth and let simmer for a good 30 minutes until the liquid is gone. Season again.
  2. Cut the bread into slices and toast in the oven, then rub (or not) a teaspoon of onion and a piece of goat cheese on top with garlic.
