Finger Food: Bruscetta with Balsamic Onions

- 2 size Fresh onion
- 50 ml Dry red wine
- 50 ml Balsamic vinegar red
- 50 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic
- 1 Baguette
- Goat cream cheese
- Cut the onions into slices and fry them in olive oil, add the sugar and let them caramelize. Add the wine, balsamic vinegar and broth and let simmer for a good 30 minutes until the liquid is gone. Season again.
- Cut the bread into slices and toast in the oven, then rub (or not) a teaspoon of onion and a piece of goat cheese on top with garlic.
