My Fish Curry with Coconut
The perfect my fish curry with coconut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fish
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 g French beans fresh
- 1 Can Unsweetened coconut milk
- Curry hot
- Salt
- Garam masala
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- Possibly chilli pepper
- Cut the fish fillet into large cubes, the peppers and onions as well, halve the beans
- Sauté the onions in a little oil until the onions are translucent, then fry the peppers and the beans. Now add the curry and fry it with the garlic.
- Add the coconut milk and simmer a little. The vegetables should still be firm to the bite. If the coconut milk is not enough, add a little broth.
- Add the fish cubes and simmer gently for approx. 7-8 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste with ginger, salt and curry.
- Serve with fragrant rice and enjoy. Tip: if you want it a little hotter you can sauté one or more 😉 finely chopped chilli peppers with the vegetables.
