My Fish Curry with Coconut

The perfect my fish curry with coconut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fish
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g French beans fresh
  • 1 Can Unsweetened coconut milk
  • Curry hot
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • Possibly chilli pepper
  1. Cut the fish fillet into large cubes, the peppers and onions as well, halve the beans
  2. Sauté the onions in a little oil until the onions are translucent, then fry the peppers and the beans. Now add the curry and fry it with the garlic.
  3. Add the coconut milk and simmer a little. The vegetables should still be firm to the bite. If the coconut milk is not enough, add a little broth.
  4. Add the fish cubes and simmer gently for approx. 7-8 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste with ginger, salt and curry.
  5. Serve with fragrant rice and enjoy. Tip: if you want it a little hotter you can sauté one or more 😉 finely chopped chilli peppers with the vegetables.
