Rooibos Iced Tea with Melon Ice Cubes

The perfect rooibos iced tea with melon ice cubes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Teeb. Rooibos tea
  • 1,5 L Hot water
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 0,5 Lime
  • 0,5 “Apfel-Holunderbeere”
  • 0,5 “Apfel-Johannisbeere”
  • Watermelon
  • Mineral water
  1. The day before, cut the watermelon into cubes, place on a tray and freeze.
  2. Pour hot water over the rooibos tea. Cut the lemon and lime into slices and add to the hot tea. Let cool and put in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Put the watermelon ice cubes in a glass. Pour half the rooibos tea and half the juice. Depending on your taste, add less juice instead with some mineral water.
