Ingredients
- 2 Teeb. Rooibos tea
- 1,5 L Hot water
- 0,5 Lemon
- 0,5 Lime
- 0,5 Apple-elderberry
- 0,5 Apple-currant
- Watermelon
- Mineral water
Instructions
- The day before, cut the watermelon into cubes, place on a tray and freeze.
- Pour hot water over the rooibos tea. Cut the lemon and lime into slices and add to the hot tea. Let cool and put in the fridge for a few hours.
- Put the watermelon ice cubes in a glass. Pour half the rooibos tea and half the juice. Depending on your taste, add less juice instead with some mineral water.
