Rooibos Iced Tea with Melon Ice Cubes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Teeb. Rooibos tea
  • 1,5 L Hot water
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 0,5 Lime
  • 0,5 Apple-elderberry
  • 0,5 Apple-currant
  • Watermelon
  • Mineral water

Instructions
 

  • The day before, cut the watermelon into cubes, place on a tray and freeze.
  • Pour hot water over the rooibos tea. Cut the lemon and lime into slices and add to the hot tea. Let cool and put in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Put the watermelon ice cubes in a glass. Pour half the rooibos tea and half the juice. Depending on your taste, add less juice instead with some mineral water.
