Chop with Mushroom Crust
The perfect chop with mushroom crust recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Chop
- 250 g Mushroom
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
- Clean the mushrooms, chop them finely and stew in oil until all the liquid has evaporated and allow to cool
- Separate the egg, beat the snow, melt the butter
- Mix the mushrooms with melted butter, egg yolk, parsley, breadcrumbs and season with salt and parsley
- Fry the chops well in oil, finally season with salt and pepper and then place in a roasting pan
- Stir the beaten snow into the mushroom mixture and spread it on the chops
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 7 minutes
