Chop with Mushroom Crust

The perfect chop with mushroom crust recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Chop
  • 250 g Mushroom
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the mushrooms, chop them finely and stew in oil until all the liquid has evaporated and allow to cool
  1. Separate the egg, beat the snow, melt the butter
  1. Mix the mushrooms with melted butter, egg yolk, parsley, breadcrumbs and season with salt and parsley
  1. Fry the chops well in oil, finally season with salt and pepper and then place in a roasting pan
  1. Stir the beaten snow into the mushroom mixture and spread it on the chops
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 7 minutes
