Strawberry Tofu Cream with Pistachios
The perfect strawberry tofu cream with pistachios recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tofu
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chopped pistachios
- Wash the tofu and drain well. Crumble the tofu and puree together with the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice in a blender to a creamy mass.
- Wash the strawberries, drain them in a colander and clean them. Cut about two thirds of the strawberries into small pieces, add to the tofu in the blender and puree them too. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
- Spread the strawberry tofu cream on dessert bowls or glasses and garnish with the strawberry slices. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios and serve.
- Tip 4: The cream also tastes very good with raspberries or blueberries. Instead of berries, the tofu can also be prepared with bananas. Then sprinkle the cream with a touch of cocoa powder or real vanilla before serving.
