Dessert: Strawberry Cream with Pistachios

The perfect dessert: strawberry cream with pistachios recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 50 g Raw cane sugar
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 4 leaf Gelatin white
  • 50 g Chopped pistachios
  • 4 leaf Peppermint fresh
  1. Remove all but four of the strawberries from the streak and puree. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it swell.
  2. Liquefy gelatine over low heat. Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and the strawberry puree. Mix two tablespoons of it with the liquid gelatin and then add this to the rest of the strawberry cream and mix carefully. Chill for about an hour.
  3. Whip the cream and fold it into the slightly whipped strawberry mixture. At the same time stir in the pistachios. Chill for another hour before serving.
  4. Now fill the cream into portion glasses and garnish with a strawberry and a peppermint leaf.
