Non Pudding (Ivan Strano)

The perfect non pudding (ivan strano) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Flaked almonds
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Organic lemon
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 200 g Frozen raspberries
  • 200 g Ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  1. Put the butter and sugar in the pan, heat and caramelize until golden brown. Scatter the almond leaves on top and stir in with a wooden spoon. Place the caramelized almond leaves on baking paper and allow to cool.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Grate some lemon zest into the low-fat quark, stir in the sugar and beat the whole thing until translucent. Carefully fold the cream into the low-fat quark.
  3. Put the first part of the cream in a nice bowl, place the raspberries on top, and then spread the rest of the cream on top. Add more raspberries and press them nicely under the surface. So the raspberry flavor can combine nicely with the quark. Put the whole thing in the fridge.
  4. To crumble the ladyfingers. Just before serving, sprinkle the crumbs over the surface of the cream. Then sprinkle the caramelized almond flakes on top and decorate with a few raspberries.
