Mascarpone Cream with Chili Chocolate and Fruits (Natascha Ochsenknecht)

The perfect mascarpone cream with chili chocolate and fruits (natascha ochsenknecht) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 300 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Splash Food color red
  • 1 Splash Food color blue
  • 100 g Chili chocolate
  • 100 g Blueberries
  1. Mix the mascarpone with sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice and season to taste. Whip 150 g whipped cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff, stir into the mascarpone cream and mix with red food coloring.
  2. Break a bar of chilli chocolate into small pieces and slowly melt over a water bath. Mix another 150 g whipped cream with blue food coloring and whip with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into a glass until the bottom is covered. Finally, fill the glass with the red cream, then with the blue whipped cream and garnish with the blueberries.
