Ingredients
- 125 g Mascarpone
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 300 ml Whipped cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 splash Food color red
- 1 splash Food color blue
- 100 g Chili chocolate
- 100 g Blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the mascarpone with sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice and season to taste. Whip 150 g whipped cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff, stir into the mascarpone cream and mix with red food coloring.
- Break a bar of chilli chocolate into small pieces and slowly melt over a water bath. Mix another 150 g whipped cream with blue food coloring and whip with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a glass until the bottom is covered. Finally, fill the glass with the red cream, then with the blue whipped cream and garnish with the blueberries.
