Yoghurt Remoulade

The perfect yoghurt remoulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Seasonal herbs
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  1. Mix the natural yoghurt with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the lemon juice, sugar and the oil, stir in the peeled and finely chopped garlic and the herbs.
  3. Finally add the hard-boiled, finely chopped eggs to the yogurt mixture,
  4. You can eat the yoghurt remoulade with fried fish, jellied bowls and many others.
  5. I like it so much without mayo – bon appetit
