Yoghurt Remoulade
The perfect yoghurt remoulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Seasonal herbs
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- Mix the natural yoghurt with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar and the oil, stir in the peeled and finely chopped garlic and the herbs.
- Finally add the hard-boiled, finely chopped eggs to the yogurt mixture,
- You can eat the yoghurt remoulade with fried fish, jellied bowls and many others.
