Fish with Curry Rice
The perfect fish with curry rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 piece Sardine
- 175 g Brown rice
- 0,5 piece Lemon fresh
- 2 piece Radishes fresh
- 4 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Chilli fresh
- 1 piece Spring onions fresh
- Lemon pepper
- Red and green Hawaiian sea salt
- Turmeric
- Pineapple curry
- Basil
- 125 ml Water
- Cook rice
- In the time when the resi cooks gutting the sardines or you buy gutted ones.
- Wash and chop the radishes, tomatoes, spring onions and the chilli.
- When the rice is ready, drain the water.
- Season the sardines on both sides with salt and pepper and then place in a preheated grill pan
- Put the rice in a saucepan, add the remaining spices and season to taste.
- Add water to the rice pot, add the vegetables, stir briefly and then put the lid on and cook on a low heat.
- When the fish are golden brown on both sides, just take half a lemon and squeeze it over the fish.
- Serve and enjoy
