Protein Satay Skewers + Peanut Sauce

The perfect protein satay skewers + peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 200 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Roasted and salted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and season with squeezed lemon.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips and skewer on long sticks of kebab.
  3. Sear the skewers on both sides for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the skewers and peanut sauce together.
