- 400 g Chicken breast
- 200 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Roasted and salted peanuts
- 1 tbsp Curry paste
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and season with squeezed lemon.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips and skewer on long sticks of kebab.
- Sear the skewers on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the skewers and peanut sauce together.
