Marzipan (raw Mixture)

The perfect marzipan (raw mixture) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Grated almonds
  • 500 g Almond sweet flour
  • 1 kilogram Powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Vanilla extract nature
  • 2 teaspoon Bitter almond flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Orange essence nature
  • 50 Milliliters Rose water
  • 20 Milliliters Almond oil
  • 10 people With marzipan potatoes :-)))
  1. Here you should already use a food processor. This marzipan already has a flavor that is tailored to my taste. But in my circle of friends it is very popular and many would prefer the marzipan to something bought, and not just because it is cheaper. Nothing stands in the way of preparing potatoes or flower decorations for cakes or in ice cream, biscuits, etc.

Preparation:

  1. The two types of almonds are only there because of the consistency of the mass, they do not affect the taste. Sieve the icing sugar into the mixing bowl through a hair sieve. Release the almonds in lumps and mix them lightly with the mixer. Now add all the ingredients one after the other while stirring constantly on a slow setting. Stir until it is a kneadable mass. Just like we know marzipan. Eat a piece of it. Sugar has to be enough and the aroma can be experimented with individually.
