Herbal Roast Pork

The perfect herbal roast pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Pork neck thrown
  • 5 Stems Rosemary
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 600 ml Meatsoup
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry, place in the drip pan and place in the 200c. put in a hot oven.
  2. After about 10 minutes, pour in 300 ml of meat stock and fry everything for about 45 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the rosemary – dry and chop it up.
  4. Wash the lemon under hot water and tear off the zest with a zester.
  5. Now mix rosemary, zest, honey, oil, paprika powder well and season well with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the herb mixture onto the meat after 45 minutes – pour the rest of the meat stock and put it in the oven again for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. 10 minutes before the end of the roast, pour off the stock and sprinkle the washed tomatoes around the roast with salt and finish cooking.
  8. Now season the sauce to taste and if you want you can thicken it a little.
  9. Cut the meat into slices and place on a plate with a little sauce.
  10. We ate potatoes and butter beans with it —– Bon appetit; 🙂
  11. If there is still something left, the roast also tastes cold
