Herbal Roast Pork
The perfect herbal roast pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilogram Pork neck thrown
- 5 Stems Rosemary
- 1 Organic lemon
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 600 ml Meatsoup
- Wash the meat, pat dry, place in the drip pan and place in the 200c. put in a hot oven.
- After about 10 minutes, pour in 300 ml of meat stock and fry everything for about 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the rosemary – dry and chop it up.
- Wash the lemon under hot water and tear off the zest with a zester.
- Now mix rosemary, zest, honey, oil, paprika powder well and season well with salt and pepper.
- Pour the herb mixture onto the meat after 45 minutes – pour the rest of the meat stock and put it in the oven again for about 30-40 minutes.
- 10 minutes before the end of the roast, pour off the stock and sprinkle the washed tomatoes around the roast with salt and finish cooking.
- Now season the sauce to taste and if you want you can thicken it a little.
- Cut the meat into slices and place on a plate with a little sauce.
