Asia Burger
The perfect asia burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Rolls, fresh
- 1 St. Chicken breast
- 1 El Soy sauce
- 1 Msp Ground ginger
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 half Onion
- 100 g Mung bean sprouts
- 1 disc Gouda cheese
- 1 sheet Salad
- Mayonnaise
- Asia chili sauce
- Make a marinade out of the soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken breast in it for about 1/2 hour. Then fry in a pan with a little oil. Cut the onion into rings and add to the pan, let it fry, if desired add the mung beans and fry them – you can also add them fresh.
- Cut the roll open, cover with mayonnaise and Asian chili sauce and the salad. Cut the chicken breast and see if it is done, otherwise fry it again. Place the slice of Gouda cheese on top, the onion and mung beans on top and when the chicken is done, top it off!
- If you like, you can sprinkle a little extra chilli powder and serve yourself french fries with it! There was an advertisement for a well-known fast food restaurant on TV all day and I didn’t want to drive 12 km there and then be disappointed – that’s how I came up with this one – and so delicious!
