- 400 g Salmon fresh
- 50 ml Virgin olive oil
- 0,5 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Heat the oven to 80 ° C. An oven thermometer is essential. The temperature must be strictly adhered to.
- Cut the salmon and remove the fat.
- Divide into two equal parts.
- Take a larger plate and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
- Season the salmon with black pepper and salt.
- Now place the salmon on the plate and sprinkle over the salmon, again a little with olive oil or evenly distribute the butter flakes on top
- Now wrap the entire plate with cling film and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- After cooking, take the plate out of the oven and drape the salmon pieces on a plate.
- Serve with a quarter of a lemon, a spiced rice or noodles tossed in butter and a coconut – dill sauce.
