Caesars Special – Caesars Salad with Chicken Breast
The perfect caesars special – caesars salad with chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 3 piece Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 bunch Chives
salad
- 100 g Parmesan
- 100 g Emmental
- 2 piece Romaine lettuce
- 20 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 5 disc Toast
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 piece Chicken breast fillets
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 Splash Balsamic cream

- Rub the bowl for the dressing with a fresh clove of garlic. Mix all ingredients together for the dressing. The dressing will keep well in the refrigerator until the next day.

- For the salad, grate the Parmesan and Emmental cheese finely and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Possibly put another layer on top of the first layer so that the Parmesan pieces don’t get too thin.
- Cut the lettuce into thin strips. Hold back 10 smaller leaves and arrange 2 leaves on a plate. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the toast slices into cubes and toast them with plenty of butter in a pan, add a little salt. Salt and pepper the cut chicken breast fillet pieces and fry briefly on both sides in a pan.
- Mix the cut lettuce with the dressing and place on the two lettuce leaves. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes, top with toast cubes. Break the Parmesan pieces apart and garnish the salad with 2 pieces each.
- Arrange the fried chicken breast on the plates as well. Garnish the salad plate with chives, some dressing and a few dots of balsamic cream. Slice the fresh Parmesan thinly over the salad.
