Superkochhasi’s Fish Burger with Homemade Sauce
The perfect superkochhasi’s fish burger with homemade sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Fish burger
- 15 Fish sticks
- 6 Bun
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 0,5 Iceberg lettuce fresh
- Oil for frying
sauce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1,5 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Oil
- 0,5 Red chilli pepper
- Garlic powder
- Curry
- Sweet paprika
- Chilli from the mill
- Hot rose paprika
The sauce
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce together. Use the spices according to your personal taste, but it is important to use the curry sparingly. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
The fish burgers
- Cut into the rolls, cut the tomato, cucumber and half a chilli pepper into thin slices and the iceberg lettuce into strips.
- Fry the fish fingers in hot oil until golden and then drain them well on kitchen paper.
- 4th bread rolls with 1 tablespoon each of the sauce, if you like more;) spread, 2 – 3 fish fingers on top and then if you like, tomato and cucumber slices as well as the iceberg lettuce strips. Superkochhasi wishes you a good appetite 🙂
