- 1 Pck. Cream pudding
- 500 ml Milk
- 75 g Sugar white
- 400 ml Self-Squeezed mandarin juice
- 1 pinch Chili pepper
- 2 tbsp Sugar brown
- 10 Bl. White gelatin
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- First the mandarins were squeezed, as they are not suitable for eating. Since the juice was very tart, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar were added. Yes, and then the fire was lit a little with a nice pinch of chili pepper.
- Then the gelatin was soaked, after 10 minutes gently squeezed out and left in the potty over low heat on the stove top until it was liquid.
- Now the juice was added to the liquid gelatin and everything was stirred well, then poured into small glass bowls. And now it was time to wait until everything had stiffened and formed a beautiful lava lake.
- It was time to prepare the cream pudding according to instructions, which also had to set first. Since it was evening in the meantime and that day was still nice and cold, everything was put on the balcony to cool off.
- When everything was solidly set, mountains of cream pudding were heaped on the lava lakes and on top was powdered sugar – snow.
