Loin Meets Green Asparagus and Mushrooms

The perfect loin meets green asparagus and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pork loins
  • 500 g Green asparagus
  • 300 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Bd Spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Peanut cream with crunch
  • 200 ml Lactose-Free milk
  • 200 ml Lactose-Free cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Fat for frying
  1. I cut the sirloin about 3 cm thick, fry them on both sides. Take out of the pan (I use the WOK for this). Lightly fry the onions, cut into small rings, in the frying fat. Cut the asparagus into 4 cm long pieces, add to the onions and fry lightly. Quarter the mushrooms and fry them too. Let everything fry for 5 minutes.
  1. Take the vegetables out of the pan and bring the peanut butter to the boil with the milk. Add the cream. Now add the meat and vegetables, season to taste and let stand for about 5 minutes.
  1. Small rosemary potatoes or broad ribbon noodles go well with this. Of course, everything is also possible with “normal” milk and cream.
